The Foundation currently runs a number of philanthropic programs in Indonesia ranging from scholarship,  teachers training,  school improvement programs, research support, to small business development.

Regional Project Officer - Riau

The Regional Project Officer (RPO) will be supporting the implementation and management of Pelita Pendidikan Program and Improvement Program of RGE Schools.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
1.       Supporting and take responsibilities for the on-going Pelita Pendidikan program.
2.       Supporting the implementation and documents collecting and process of Beasiswa Guru Pelita Pendidikan (Tanoto Teachers Scholarships).
3.       Support RGE School Initiatives in the fields.
4.       Provide supporting roles of all documentation within Pelita Pendidikan Program.
5.       Perform other relevant duties as reasonably assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS:
·            Min. Bachelor degree from reputable university, preferably in Education
·            At least 3 years experience in project management, experience in large scale program.
·            Previous experience in Education program, like DBE would be advantageous.
·            Experience in liaisons with stakeholders and counterparts.
·             Ability to work independently in challenging working environment
·            Excellent communication and report writing skills, English desired
·            Computer literate
·            Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
·            Light Vehicle driving and/or motorcycle riding ability. Proven by valid SIM A and/or C type.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
The position is based in the fields of Riau Province. Theposition holder needs to be able to work and travel in challenging environments, often with basicamenities.
