Job Vacancy Finance Officer Jakarta Indonesia

RTI International is seeking a Finance Officer for our RTI Indonesia
Office in Jakarta. The Finance Officer will assist in entering all
invoices, travel expense claim and stamped.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Input transactions into QuickBooks, ensure all transactions
are properly supported and approved.

· As a backup to input transactions into Citi Direct & S2B.

· Ensure that all project costs are expended in compliance
with contractual requirements and USAID regulations.

· Review disbursement of vendors and staff advances.

· Ensure that any errors are corrected by adjusting entries.

· Support Bank Reconciliations.

· Scanning & filling expense voucher document

· Develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures to
ensure an effective control environment of financial operations in all
project offices in Indonesia.

· Maintain accurate financial records and prepare clear
calculations to support informational, auditing and operational use.

· As a backup on train accountant and other finance staff in
relations with Finance and Accounting related matter including
Accounting System, in whole project office within Indonesia.

· Any other duties assigned by Finance Manager.

Qualification Requirements:

a. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or relevant discipline.

b. 1 or 2 year of relevant experience in the field of accounting,
preferably with increasing responsibilities and in donor-funded
projects.

c. Preference experience in administering USAID financial
regulations and procedures.

d. Competency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and Word.

e. Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking and
understanding).

f. Able to work independently and with moderate supervision.

g. Excellent planning and organizational skills.

h. Excellent interpersonal skills; and ability to work as a member
of a team.
