Cowater International Inc. is preparing to bid on an upcoming GIZ project entitled "Decentralisation as a Contribution to Good Governance" (DeCGG) in Indonesia. Positions available include:

International Team Leader:
- 10 years minimum experience in training methodology, curricula development and organisational development.
- Spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia an asset.
- Knowledge in public sector governance and decentralisation, especially Public Financial Management an asset.

National Senior Expert (Task Team Leader):
- Minimum of 10 years experience in research, training and teaching within sub-national financial management and fiscal decentralisation.
- Proven record of completed project cycle management and relevant publications.
- Experience advising national-level institutions
- Experience in didactics and adult learning, syllabus and curriculum development and training material development would be an asset
- E-learning development an asset

National Senior Research Expert:
- Minimum of 10 years experience in research, training and teaching within sub-national financial management and fiscal decentralisation.
- Experience advising national-level institutions
- Experience in didactics and adult learning, syllabus and curriculum development and training material development would be an asset
- E-learning development an asset

National Junior Expert:
- Minimum of 10 years experience in research, training and teaching within sub-national financial management and fiscal decentralisation.
- Experience advising national-level institutions
- Experience in didactics and adult learning, syllabus and curriculum development and training material development would be an asset
- E-learning development an asset
