The Partnership for Governance Reform in Indonesia is a multi-stakeholder association dedicated to support Indonesian initiatives aiming at supporting governance reform agenda. The Partnership works closely with national and international community to initiate, advocate, and promote sustainable governance reform in Indonesia.

The Partnership brings together the Indonesian Government, Legislature, Judiciary, Civil Society, and the Corporate Sector with the support of the International Community in initiating a long-term process to improve governance in Indonesia in a durable way which expresses Indonesian ownership.

Currently we have immediate vacancy for high caliber Indonesians with high integrity to fill the following position :

Project Administration/Grant Assistant                                        

Organizational Context :  
The Forest Governance Program (FGP) is a program under the Environment and Economic Governance Cluster of the Partnership for Governance Reform. The Forest Governance Program aims to fund and support multi-stakeholder partnerships that improve forest governance and deliver more equitable benefits to primary forest stakeholders and more sustainable management of forest resources. This will contribute to the goal of reducing deforestation, and promoting growth in the rural economy where 10 million of Indonesia’s poorest people depend on forest resources.

Currently, the FGP has been expanded its program into a wider scope. With the new funding commitments from UNDP, CLUA, GCF and UNP, FGP plays a significant role with its partners in making forest governance work in Indonesia. As mandated by Board of Executives, FGP sticks to its initial scheme where more than 70% percent of fund received from donors will be allocated through re-granting mechanism. With the absence of previous Grant Assistance, the position of Project Administration Assistant will be responsible to perform the grant administration as integral part of existing responsibilities.

Under the guidance and supervision of Finance and Admin Officer of Cluster EEG, the Project Administration Assistant will play main role in providing services on logistical, administration and grant support for the whole cluster, including its satellite office in Kalimantan Tengah.
 
Summary of key functions :  
1. Administration and implementation of the project operational strategies
2. Management of proposals and grantee contracts
3. Administration of report, correspondence and related documents
4. Management of travel and meeting arrangements
5. Procurement and logistical services
6. Implementation of financial operational strategies
7. Payment, receiving and petty cash management
8. Facilitation of knowledge building and knowledge sharing 

Recruitment Qualifications :  

Education and Skills :
Minimum D3 in Accounting, Management or Public Administration.

Experience :
Minimum 3 years experience in financial and administrative matter. Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc).

Language Requirements :
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
